Roollo stores class rosters, student names, attributes, attendance logs, and session data locally on your device.
During Live Check-In sessions, participant names, and optionally emails and survey responses, are transmitted to Firebase Realtime Database for the sole purpose of enabling real-time session participation.
Local data is used exclusively within the app for classroom management features. Live session data in Firebase is used solely for real-time check-in and is accessible only to the session creator.
Local data persists until you delete it or uninstall the app. iCloud Sync stores a backup in your personal iCloud account — Brinl LLC cannot access this data. Firebase session data is retained temporarily and expires after session close.
Roollo uses Firebase Realtime Database (Google) for live sessions. Sign in with Apple is used for iCloud sync only. No data is shared with advertisers, analytics platforms, or other third parties.
Roollo is a tool for educators. Student names are entered by teachers and stored locally on the teacher's device. During live sessions, participants voluntarily enter their own information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without educator oversight.
You can delete all local data by removing classes or uninstalling the app. You can end live sessions at any time to stop collection. You can export data via the app's Settings.
We may update this policy. Changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

By downloading, installing, or using Roollo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Roollo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or professional educational purposes.
Roollo is available as an annual subscription ($19.99 USD/year) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($49.99 USD). Payment is processed through Apple's App Store. Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
